Pointer to any relevant Drug Toxicology Results (which are a kind of Laboratory result).

"This structure is used to describe a subset of results encoded in LOINC that are referring to measuring drug toxicology levels. This includes ethanol testing and other types of toxicology panels detecting the presence of specific substances in the body (e.g. blood, urine, etc.). C-CDA Results Section template can be used to exchange toxicology test results sent from treatment providers (or the labs courts utilize) to the criminal justice supervising agency. Drug Toxicology is a type of results that is sometimes selected to document and support compliance with court rules (see Monitor Compliance With Court Rules use case)." - HL7 Behavioral Health Record DAM R2, DrugToxicologyResult

LaboratoryObservation laboratoryResults laboratoryResults

Pointer to any relevant Laboratory results.

"This domains refers to the generic results reporting - not specific to Behavioral Health assessments - that may be exchanged among systems and with reference laboratories. Note: Behavioral health providers do not have additional requirements related to the exchange of laboratory results. Implementers are encouraged to use LaboratoryResults base standard implementation guidance. For instance if the target implementation is CDA R2, then implementers should reference templates specified in the Consolidated CDA implementation guide" - HL7 Behavioral Health Record DAM R2, LaboratoryResults
