Summary:AttributesProperties | Detail:Attributes |
A Role played by a person who is related to the Patient wherein a Heatlh Concern of that related person is also considered a potential concern of the Patient. This class contains demographic information about the related person. This information is of a nature that may be stored in a Person table if the related person is known to the system (in which case that data may be derived or populated from such a person table), but it is more often the case that the related person is not known by the system, so the demographic information is stored here in the role.

Public String name
A free-text designation of the person to whom the patient is related. This property could potentially be derived if this class points to the related person's record. However, there may be cases where the related person does not have a record in the same system, or when the patient doesn't know the information needed to populate such a record. For example, the patient may only know that their mother's aunt had some condition, and not even know that person's name."This will either be a name or a description; e.g. "Aunt Susan", "my cousin with the red hair"." - HL7 FHIR, FamilyMemberHistory.name
