This class represents an Observation Clinical Statement wherein the Body Mass Index Percentile has been Evaluated.

Attributes
«PQ» Quantity	value	The relative position of the patient's body mass index (BMI) among a given population, expressed as a percent (e.g., 20% of the population have this BMI). Note that this is not an exact number but usually expressed in groupings of 5% - 10% increments. This property redefines the inherited Observation.value property so that it is of type Quantity rather than an Any. In addition, a constraint is added that sets the unit of measure to a percent.
