PHQ-9
This package represents an event in which the Patient answers the questions of the Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9) Assessment Instrument. This usually occurs as a self-assessment, whereby the Patient fills in a questionnaire (either paper or electronically) themselves. This package refines the generic Assessment package to specify that the Assessment Instrument used is the PHQ-9 Assessment Instrument, and that the questions are PHQ-9 questions, and the patient's responses are PHQ-9 answers.
