Assessment
AUDIT
This package represents an event in which the Patient answers the questions of the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT) Assessment Instrument. This might occur as a self-assessment, whereby the Patient fills in a questionnaire (either paper or electronically) themselves, or may be a in the form of an interview where the clinician asks the questions and records the responses. This package refines the generic Assessment package to specify that the Assessment Instrument used is the AUDIT Assessment Instrument, and that the questions are AUDIT questions, and the patient's responses are AUDIT answers.
